Course Description

What started as a research question to the events of 2008 became a leadership character framework that Greg Millen suggests can be used to build the roots of the organizational tree. With understanding, honing and utilization of the 10 identified characters, alongside judgement as the centre of the proverbial wheel; leaders can form the foundations contributing to an aligned workplace culture and long-lasting performing organizations.

Greg Millen

Leadership has always been a passion of Greg’s. He has a Masters Degree in Leadership from the School of Management and Economics, Guelph University. Presently along with his broadcasting duties he is working with professional sports teams, most recently the Carolina Hurricanes, and corporations concentrating on the field of Character Leadership. He has been working with Dr. Mary Crossan out of Western University concentrating on the field of Character Leadership. Millen is also an entertaining keynote speaker and a professor teaching leadership at Fleming College Peterborough. “I envision a corporate world where character development is emphasized as the primary approach to attaining sustained leadership excellence. My purpose is to drive positive change by returning humanity to the corporate world through character development of organizational leaders.”
